I use a combination of EMDR, mindfulness-based, experiential and talk therapy to work with grief and traumatic memories as they manifest in body and mind. Together, we will look at the choices, relationships, behaviors, beliefs, and physical symptoms past or present traumas have engendered, and integrate the losses left in its wake.
