50-minute counseling session:

Individuals $160

Couples $180

I am currently paneled with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Moda Health, Pacific Source, and Samaritan, and offer out-of-network services for most other insurances.

Packages

I offer a number of different therapeutic services and packages for clients paying out of pocket. Packages honor your upfront commitment to making lasting changes with a discounted fee. Please contact me if you have questions about any of them or don’t see what you are looking for.

Package #1: Midnight Sun

Within the Arctic and Antarctic circle, the sun can be seen at midnight for part of the year. This package is ideal if you are in crisis and need intensive, immediate attention. Two 90-minute sessions per week: $320

Package #2: Polaris

Polaris, the North Star, has guided humankind across oceans and deserts for centuries. Follow your guiding star to make solid gains in your therapy goals and start to shine. One 50-minute session per week for one month: $480/month

Package #3: Omega Centauri

With about ten million suns, Omega Centauri is the brightest star cluster in our galaxy, the Milky Way. Build on your gains and fill the sky with your light! One 50-minute session twice a month: $270/month

Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Payment is due at the time of service, unless other payment arrangements have been made. If you are unable to keep your appointment or need to reschedule, please call my office with at least 48 hour notice. Except in emergency situations, missed sessions or cancellations with less than 48 hour notice will be charged the full fee for the missed session. This policy applies to clients using their insurance as well as insurance providers don’t reimburse for missed sessions.
